LIMI provides various screen and cassette combinations in all popular sizes including green, blue, and blue-sensitive.

 
 

The LifeRay™ Screens are rare earth phosphors screens.
They are divided into three main categories: UltraFine Mammographic Screens, Blue Intensifying and Green Intensifying Screens.
LifeRay™ Screens guarantee optimum antistatic behavior and high wear resistance and offer a good resolution/dose balance.

LifeRay™ Blue Intensifying Screens
Acquisition devices able to convert X-rays into light with a spectral emission ranging from UV to the blue region. Intended to be used in medical radiography.

Acquisition devices able to convert X-rays into light with a spectral emission ranging from the blue to the green region. Intended to be used in medical radiography.

Okamoto Type PL-C Cassettes

Okamoto cassettes offer an incredible value for every radiographic application. The durability, light-weight construction, and ease of use offer heavyweight performance without the high costs. Each Okamoto cassette is built using special foam which provides outstanding film/screen contact and keeps any light out. Impact-absorbing polymer hinges make it more durable to prevent breakage if dropped.

Okamoto Intensifying Screens

Reduction of radiation exposure
Radiation exposure to patients is reduced greatly compared to conventional CaWO4 intensifying screen system.

Elimination of motion bur
Since exposure time is greatly shortened, motion blur with motion subjects such as the heart, digestive organs etc. have been reduced and image quality has been improved.

Reduction of x-ray unit capacity
A small capacity unit can have the same efficiency as a large one, which can reduce unit cost. Especially portable units can be adopted effectively.

Adoption of small focal spot x-ray tube
A small focal spot x-ray tube can be adopted generally, and image quality will be improved. Also magnification radiography can be put into general use.

LUS high speed and super high speed 400 band/speed
Best results can be obtained in angiography, magnification radiography small capacity unit radiography and examinations in the motion subjects and gonadal region. Speed and image quality of LUS screen are equal to the Kodak LANEX regular screen.
