Lord’s International is chosen to “Preserve the Legacy” of the Pittsburgh Steelers
2007 marks the 75th season of The Pittsburgh Steelers. Pittsburgh based Lords' International is honored to be selected to “PRESERVE THE LEGACY” of priceless photos and documents from the inception of the organization in 1933, to the present. Lord's, an Authorized Reseller of KODAK Digital Archive Services, provides document scanning and software that will allow for immediate accessibility of items that were previously not available electronically. Additionally, Lord's will have the responsibility of providing security for all images via KODAK Archive Services, which will have storage redundancy in four locations in the U.S. and abroad.

The Steelers will now be able to electronically preserve, search, and retrieve historical information, including publications, statistics, game day information, rosters, newspaper clippings, photos, and more. The Steelers organization is also better able to store and protect historical documents against unforeseen disasters. In addition to the security provided by the Lord’s system, an added benefit of electronic document storage is the freeing up valuable office space.
